Clearpay is a payment option that allows you to pay over 4 instalments. Just choose Clearpay as your payment option when you're ready to buy, this connects your purchase to your Clearpay account. We have a speedy setup here at Nest Pets, and our orders are prepped for dispatch with our upmost attention. We are always happy to cancel orders if they have not been processed for delivery! To cancel, please contact our team at woof@nestpets.com.

We'll be happy to refund any items you may have had a second thought about within 30 days of the purchase. We are happy to give a refund of the purchase price providing the item is in the original packaging.

If your order has not been processed for delivery, we can easily change your shipping address! To change this, please contact our team at woof@nestpets.com. If you products have left our warehouse, please get in touch with the courier, this could be Royal Mail, DPD or Hermes!

If Nest Pets have made an error with your delivery or there is a fault with your product we will absolutely refund the delivery fee. Don't worry!

All refunds take 3-5 working days to be back in your account. If you still have not received your refund after 5 working days, please contact our team at woof@nestpets.com and we'd be happy to help.

We ship worldwide, however, we are a UK based company. Any orders outside of the UK may be subjective to import duty.

Delivery is usually 1-2 working days, however during busy periods such as Christmas, there might be slight delays. If you're concerned about your delivery, please contact our team at woof@nestpets.com.

If you're not home, don't worry! Our couriers will post a card informing you on what will happen next. In cases with DPD or Hermes, they may attempt the delivery next day, and with Royal Mail, they will give you an address to collect from the local depot.
